How Credits Work

Step 1

Receive credits every month. Your subscription level determines how many credits will be deposited into your account.

Each download on our site has a regular price and a credit price. The credits range from 1 to 6 credits.

Step 3

Find a download that you like and click the buy with credits button. That video will then be added to your My Downloads page.

The Question and Answer Routine

Q: What is Magic Video Club?

A: Magic Video Club (MVC) gives its members access to purchase hundreds of instant downloads, cash back on purchases, and credits monthly to redeem for downloads.

Q: Are you legally allowed to distribute these videos?

A: We are an authorized U.S. based magic reseller. We have legally obtained permission to distribute all of these videos and all parties involved receive their appropriate royalties and share of profits. If you have any concerns please feel free to contact us.

Q: How does it work?

A: Magic! Just kidding. Members purchase a membership plan and receive credits, bonus content, and cash back on their purchases to use for future purchases.

Q: Do my credits roll over from month to month if I don't use them?

A: Yes, if you have credits left over they will be transferred to the next month. For example 1 Credit in January + 1 Credit in Febuary = 2 Credits in March.

 

Q: Does my cash back balance roll over from month to month if I don't use it?

A: Yes, your cash back is there for you to use as long as you have a membership.

 

Q: How long is a subscription?

A: Subscriptions are ongoing, they end when you cancel them.

Q: Can you make my wife disappear?

A: Please don't ask us that...

Q: What is this free content you speak of?

A: Every month we will send you either a free video, ebook, or some other interesting magical tidbit we know you will enjoy.

Q: Do you want to come over and watch magic videos with me?

A: Yes. We love magic just as much as you do.

Q: Can I cancel at anytime?

A: You can cancel your subscription at anytime.

Q: Can I switch my subscription?

A: You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. When you upgrade or downgrade you are essentially canceling one subscription and then starting another. For example: If you are switching from the $7.99 to the $14.99 subscription you receive your 2 credits to use right away and be charged $14.99. If you want to upgrade for your next payment instead, just shoot us an email and we can set that up for you.

Q: Can I just buy credits instead of subscribing?

A: You must be a subscriber in order to get credits.

Q: Did you see my pass?

A: You used a pass?

Q: If I cancel my subscription what happens to my purchases and credits?

A: You have access to your purchases after you cancel your subscription. But any unused credits that you have will go away. You are totally welcome to spend all of your credits before you cancel. Why does this happen? This protects us from people not paying and using credits. We give pay for each video download which in turn goes to the manufacturers and the magicians. This protects them too.

Q: My payment failed and I lost all my credits now what?

A: If your payment fails your account will temporarily be suspended. You will not be able to purchase anything with your credits but you will still be able to view your purchases. Your credits will be reinstated when you complete your payment.

Q: How do I view videos and ebooks I've purchased or redeemed with credits?

A: Go to your My Downloads page or your My Account page located at the top left of the window to view your downloads. You must be logged in to see this page.

Q: Can I watch videos if I am not connected to the internet?

A: You can choose to download videos to watch offline.

Q: Where are you based out of?

A: We are based out of New York City... if you are around shoot us an email!

 

Q: What is your return and refund policy?

A: Due to the non-physical nature of our products we do not accept returns or process refunds for product downloads. This is to protect the secrets of the effects and the intellectual property of their creators. However,  if you are unsatisfied with your purchase please fill out the form below and we will see if we can remedy the situation. We are committed to your satisfaction and guarantee the best customer service possible.
